MACHINE LEVELING

GEOMETRY correction

Over time and through usage most machines will require levelling and geometry correction. ALiGN has the skill needed and the equipment required to get machines back within tolerance.

Providing large amounts of quantitative information, this test is done before and after any changes are made to a machine and both sets of results are included in the calibration report.

Ballbar Analysis

Verifies the postional accuracy of each axis., and the results are included in the Calibration Report. Changes are then made within the CNC control to correct this accuracy within microns throughout the travel.
