Ballbar Analysis
Providing large amounts of quantitative information, this test is done before and after any changes are made to a machine and both sets of results are included in the calibration report.
Interferometry - Linear Analysis
Checks the postional accuracy of each axis. Results are included in the Calibration Report, and where possible, changes are made within the CNC control to correct this accuracy within microns throughout the travel.
